Trio tipped for Curragh action
Magna Grecia, Hermosa and Magical are set to feature at The Curragh this weekend, according to trainer Aidan O’Brien.
Having enjoyed success at Newmarket last time out, Magna Grecia is set for the Tattersalls Irish 2,000 Guineas, while stablemate Magical is being aimed for the Tattersalls Gold Cup. Meanwhile, Hermosa is set for the Irish 1,000 Guineas, with the hope there will be a future outing in the French Oaks this season. O’Brien has been pleased with the preparations and now has high hopes for the trio at The Curragh. ‘Magna Grecia, Hermosa and Magical are all well and on target for The Curragh next weekend,’ said O’Brien. ‘Everything has gone to plan so far. ‘We mapped out the three runs for Magical, with the Tattersalls Gold Cup as her first main target this season. ‘It’s possible we will have a few more runners in both Guineas. The ones that will be left in are possibles.’ Follow Racing365 on FacebookCompare the market with OddsDNA
