Progressive Tizzard Five-Year-Old To Go In Again
Conditions Right For Another Successful Run for Son Of Stowaway
The first two runs that OFALLTHEGINJOINTS had were at Kirkistown, County Down rather than Casa Blanca but didn’t suggest a good horse in the making with two Pulled Ups. Two wins since, however, present a different story, the first being in Ireland and the latest after being sold and brought to England, The gelding won his third point, at Monksgrange, quite convincingly and then made his debut for Tizzard at Chepstow over two miles in the second week in October. Backed into 9/2 third favourite, he went well throughout and after jostling for space two out ran on really impressively to get the better of Flic Ou Voyou by a neck. The latter came out at Wincanton and was placed, going down by under four lengths, whilst the third, and favourite, Proschema, ran at Wetherby last week in a really decent Class 3 event and won convincingly by eight lengths from previous winner Cheddleton. Ofalltheginjoints goes over an extra five furlongs today and this looks sure to suit, with the progeny of his sire 11% over it.They also like today’s course, Kempton, having a winning stat of five from 25 there. Robbie Power is on board and he and Tizzard are a shade under 20% at the course. There are a number of potential improvers, with GREY GETAWAY and VERSATILITY the most likely. The former is from the formidable Nicholls yard and ran a much better race when sixth over hurdles at Aintree last time than in a bumper last Spring. That form isn’t as good as the selections, though. Versatility is from the equally strong Henderson yard and won a novice from consistent BBold at Warwick last May. Taking into account projected improvement, the 2/1 about Ofalltheginjoints looks enticing. G Lees
