Dwyer counting down to Nunthorpe with Asfoora
Round three of sprinting rivalry with Big Evs looks like being one to savour.
Henry Dwyer has sprint queen Asfoora in A1 condition ahead of her tilt at the Coolmore Wootton Bassett Nunthorpe Stakes. A trip to York is the next leg on the Royal Ascot heroine’s British tour, and her team are confident of adding to her King Charles III Stakes victory at the summer showpiece after her recent near-miss at Goodwood. The Australian ace continues to be put through her paces in Newmarket, having become part of the furniture at Amy Murphy’s Southgate Stables, with the five-year-old set for one final piece of work on Monday morning before her shot at Knavesmire sprint honours.Asfoora back on the track this morning @NewmarketGallop with a lovely 800m gallop under @lemosdesouza1 🇧🇷

Another amazing experience having Asfoora run @Goodwood_Races today. First class racing and fun in the most beautiful location one could imagine. Congrats to @MickApplebyUK and connections of Big Evs, we look forward to renewing the rivalry @yorkracecourse pic.twitter.com/KQRR6UjUNc
