Lingfield Park Racecourse

OVERVIEW

A sharp, undulating left handed Flat and National Hunt track which boasts an all-weather course situated within the grass circuit.

On the turf, there is a straight seven and a half furlongs with low numbers preferred when the ground is on the soft side with a high draw an advantage when the ground is quick, although improved drainage has altered the effect in recent seasons.

The emphasis is very much on speed on the all-weather track where the Equitrack surface is very lively with a short run-in of just over two furlongs, suiting front runners.
