DAVID MATTS · COURTNEY BELLAMY · 7yo Gelding
Backs up after five days and drops from BM58 company after finishing second last at Beaumont (newcastle), beaten seven and a half lengths at big odds with no clear excuse. His Port Macquarie seventh before that was more respectable, beaten just under four lengths. Recent BM58 runs still make him a minor hope.
