JOE SHARP · JOSE ORTIZ · 6yo Gelding
Returns from a two-month let-up after winning the G2 Kentucky Downs Turf Sprint Stakes by just over a length, tracking the lead and proving too good for Golden Afternoon. The start prior he was second in a Listed race at Saratoga Turf, beaten just under three lengths by Twenty Six Black. His overall record is strong, but no win from two at around 5½f leaves him with more to prove here.
