MICHAEL LAKEY · JACE MCMURRAY · 5yo Mare
Returns from a four-month break after ending last campaign last in a BM85 at this track, beaten nine and a half lengths after settling back and making no impression. Her prior Listed ATC (Prime Minister's) Cup ninth at Gold Coast was sounder, beaten just over two lengths, and the latest trial was a solid third at Deagon. Carries top weight despite the claim and has to lift sharply. Can't recommend at this stage.
