LORD FONS

SHOGO YASUDA · KAZUO YOKOYAMA · 6yo Horse

Returns from a five-month break after winning at Urawa last start, beating Wilson Tesoro by a length and a half over 7f when near the top of betting. His Funabashi third before that came at big odds and was a sound effort. Kazuo Yokoyama has a strong record on him, and his overall figures are solid, but this first run in the country at G1 level asks for a clear step forward.
