CIARON MAHER · BEAU MERTENS · 3yo Filly
Placed on debut at Cranbourne, finishing third and beaten four and a half lengths after settling back and only battling on, with a stewards note that she was eased near the 3½f. She was respected near the top of an open market and comes from a strong Ciaron Maher yard. Untried at 6f, but has upside.
