EQUINOX KING

JASON EDWARDS · MARK DU PLESSIS · 3yo Gelding

Makes his debut after trialling at Deagon, finishing third, so there is some basic readiness to work with. He is a 9/1,000 yearling purchase and a half-brother to Listed winner Snitzkraft, which gives the pedigree some substance. Even so, the stable's debut record is modest and he meets rivals with race fitness and winning form already on the board. Maybe later.
