WAYNE BRADY · SHOHEI KAYA · 8yo Gelding
Returns from a four-month break after finishing seventh in an Open over 4½f at this track on heavy ground, beaten just under five lengths after being slow to begin. He had earlier finished last in a BM65 at Cairns, beaten over 11 lengths after covering ground. Proven at 6f, but recent race form is well below what is required.
