PAUL SHIERS · PAUL SHIERS · 6yo Gelding
Returns from a lengthy lay-off after ending his last campaign with a fifth in a BM64 at this track, beaten just over five lengths by King Akeed after leading and tiring late. He had also been safely held behind Runaway Tycoon. Easier company helps, but the track-and-distance record is a clear concern.
