MICHAEL LAKEY · EMILY LANG · 3yo Filly
Had a genuine excuse when fifth at Eagle Farm when resuming, settling back and being held up near the 1f before closing off. She won on debut in Set Weights grade at Ellerslie on soft ground, beating Grocer's Girl by just over half a length, so there is ability there. Untried at 6¾f, but she has clear place claims.
